ROBIN AP CYNAN is a Solicitor, accredited Mediator with the Family Mediators association (FMA) and Resolution (formerly the Solicitors family Law Association ­ SFLA), Costs Assessor and Member of the Council of the Law Society of England and Wales. He is Chief Assessor to the Law Society's Family Mediation Panel and a practitioner member of that Panel. Also trained as a Collaborative Family Lawyer he is a former Chairman of FMA's board, having trained as a mediator in 1990. He is also a member of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association ­ SFLA), the British Association for Adoption and Fostering (BAAF) and the Legal Aid Practitioners' Group (LAPG). Robin is the Professional Practice Supervisor for SALM and mediates on all issues, whether as sole or anchor mediator, or in co-mediation.

PETER FLINT is head of the Family Department and a Partner in a firm of Shropshire Solicitors and is also a member of the Law Society's Family Law Panel, Resolution and a member of the Law Society's Family Mediation Panel. He works exclusively in the family field. Peter is also a member of Family Mediation Association (FMA) and Resolution for Collaborative Family Law Group. Peter is qualified to mediate in all aspects arising from the breakdown of family relationship.

MARC NYE is a Consultant Solicitor with a firm of Shropshire Solicitors where he specialises in family law and in the resolution of civil/commercial disputes. He is a member of the Law Society's Family Law Panel, the Law Society's Mediation Panel and Resolution and their Collaborative Family Law Group. He is accredited as a Mediator by FMA. Marc mediates on all issues both as a sole and co-mediator in family mediation. He is also accredited and registered with CEDR (The Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution) as a civil/commercial mediator.

CHRIS WILSON is a Partner in a firm of Shrewsbury Solicitors, also a dairy farmer. Chris is a Director of Shropshire and North Powys Relate and has a special understanding of farming and agricultural matters as they affect couples in situations of relationship breakdown. He is a member of the Law Society Family Mediation Panel. Chris is qualified to mediate in all aspects from the breakdown of family relationships.
